Abubakar, according to Premium Times said his administration would restructure the judiciary in order to fast-track the dispensation and improve the administration of justice in the state.
As part of the restructuring process, the governor directed the commissioner of Justice to identify the immediate problems in the Judiciary.
The governor also lamented that the over bloated staff strength of the judicial was a financial burden to the state.
Meanwhile, the south-south executive committee of the All Progressive Congress (APC) has appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari following the recent Supreme Court ruling on the Rivers, Akwa Ibom and Delta governorship elections.
