Foreign tennis stars from over twenty countries of the world
have besieged Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial capital for the annual
Governor’s Cup Lagos Tennis Championship taking place at the Lagos Lawn
Tennis Club, Onikan.
The players from Russia, Ukraine, Slovakia, India, South Africa,
among other countries are attending the 15th edition of the
International Tennis Federation (ITF) sanctioned tournament with their
loved ones as one of the most recognised circuits in west and central
Africa.
All
the Nigerian players participating in the Futures 3 & 4 event have
been knocked out by their more experienced foreign counterparts.
