Seun Kuti Spotted With American Musician

Seun Kuti was recently seen hanging with American musician and activist Yasiin Bey at the Afrikan Shrine.

Yasiin Bey was in Nigeria for his performance at the Lagos Jazz Series which held from November 26 to 29, 2015.

Other performers at the gig were Seun Kuti and the Egypt ’80 band, Ayo Awosika and Pablo Escudero, among others.
Being a keen follower of afrobeats and the legendary Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Yasiin dropped by at the Afrikan Shrine to see Seun Kuti.
Seun and Yasiin have a standing friendship and the 41-year-old American musician even joined him on stage at the Jazz Series for a performance with the Egypt ’80 band.
